2 ounces Hangar 1 Mandarin Blossom Vodka ½ ounce simple syrup ¼ ounce lemon juice ½ ounce lime juice 1 egg white ¾ ounce cream 1 dash rose water Top with seltzer

PREPARATION:

Vigorously dry shake (shake with no ice) all ingredients except seltzer for 1 minute to aerate the drink. Then add ice and shake again for 30 seconds. Strain into a collins glass and top with seltzer.
